NOTES

1. The extra meal could be taken anytime between lunch and dinner.

2. Ensure to prepare your meal without oil.

3. CWP Golden vegetable can be used as seasoning

4. Water is very important – endeavor to drink between 3-4 litres of water a day.

5. Practice portion control.

6. Herbal teas, Green teas and coffee are allowed with skimmed milk and sweeteners.

7. Infuse water with mint leaves & cucumber for added flavour.
